Horses are a way of life for 16-year-old Celia Heinbuch and 11-year-old Hazel Heinbuch, along with their brother, Hayden, age 13, growing up on the family’s hobby farm in Hammond, Wisconsin.
The daughters of Jason and Hannah Heinbuch are already following in the footsteps of their mother, Hannah, and their grandmother, Cynthia Rasmussen–both of whom are accomplished horsewomen.
The family tradition of excellence in the show pen includes titles for Hannah as the 2016 APHA World Show Champion in Novice Amateur Trail with legendary ten-time World and ten-time Reserve World Champion Stately Sensation, and for Cynthia, who was named Leading Owner at the APHA World Show in 2024. The girls’ cousin, Mara Clennon, is also currently a member of the Auburn University Equestrian Team.
Cynthia, a well-respected horsewoman with an eye for good bloodlines and show prospects, lives just a few miles from her grandchildren.
