Save the Date – SMQHA 2023 Suntan Circuit Show

 

The Southern Maryland Quarter Horse Association will be hosting the Suntan Circuit Show July 19-23, 2023, at the Prince George Equestrian Center in Upper Marlboro, Maryland.

The AQHA-sanctioned show celebrates another year of success with four sets of points, new classes, plenty of prizes, and fun for everyone with free giveaway drawings each day, plus the annual Saturday Evening Exhibitor Crab Feast with live music and lots of great food.

A Crab Feast is not your average exhibitor party, and Julie Murphy, Past President of SMQHA, has this to say, “Our exhibitors’ party has the crab feast, corn on the cob, hot dogs, chips, dessert, and drinks with a live band!”

She explains the show also hosts fun activities like adult lead line, a scavenger hunt and more! “Hope to see everyone there for a fun filled family horse show!”

The High Point Horse of the weekend will be taking home this beautiful show package valued at over $5000!!! In the package will be the Billy Royal Basketweave Show Saddle, a two eared Billy Royal Show Bridle, saddle carrier, set of reins and two show pads! A HUGE THANK YOU to Crown Royal Farm, LLC and CTC Performance and Sport Horses, LLC for donating this beautiful show package to SMQHA!
