Roxanne Swygart wins a Dream with Shine Up The Chrome at 2025 Congress
Roxanne Swygart has been attending Congress to watch or shop for 40 years. She didn’t dream 2025 would mark the year of her first Congress title as well as her biggest achievement to date.
However, on Sunday, October 12th at the All American Quarter Horse Congress, Roxanne won a Congress Championship with Shine Up The Chrome in the 3YO Mares Limited Division!
