NSBA and Silver Stakes Classes Crown Winners at Silver Dollar Circuit

4 and 5-Year-Old Open trail winner- Troy Lehn with Moonlit Vitals

The Silver Dollar Circuit is well underway this week in Viva Las Vegas at the South Point Equestrian Center and a number of winners have been crowned in disciplines ranging from Trail and Hunter Under Saddle to Western Pleasure and Showmanship. A number of NSBA added money classes and Silver Stakes classes have been held as well, and there are big winners to congratulate!

First, the NSBA $2,500 Limited Horse Open Hunter Under Saddle was judged by Jessica Gilliam, Elizabeth Baker, and Jonathan Meilleur. The winner was The Born Legacy, ridden by Nancy Alto-Renfro, winning $1,080 for Chav3z Enterprises, LLC. Reserve was Ciera Bennett with Set On Kruze, winning $720. Third was Kristine Duncan with AJ Royal Crown. Fourth was Bobbie Piddock with Hot Locked N Loaded.

In the NSBA All Age L2 Amateur Showmanship, judges, Kristy Starnes, Bruce Walquist, and Eric Petersen, crowned the winner as Kelsey Jung with Moonlite Cruiser, winning $1,125. Reserve was Marjorie Parks with HP Only Lazy, winning $875. Third was Emma Edwards with This Is Why Im Here, winning $500. Fourth was Rebecca Fussell with Good At Da Bar. Fifth was Megan Thorne with Unchippable Chatty.

In the NSBA L2 50 and Over Showmanship, judges, Kristy Starnes, Bruce Walquist, and Eric Petersen, saw the winner as Sharon Conway with CR Hershey Bar. Reserve was Monica Parduhn with Shesa Hot Selection. Third was Jacqueline Johnson with Lofty Loper. Fourth was Danette Merritt with My Lazy Assets.

The NSBA Three and Over Maiden Horse Open Western Pleasure was won by Brad Ost with The Rose Queen, winning $1,035 for Carli Stewart. Reserve was Gabrielle Dagostini with Loving U For Certain, winning $690 for Candy Bava. Third was Brandi Payer with Born Hot N Southern for Gerald or Brenda Mansur.

The NSBA Four and Five-Year-Old Open Trail was won by Troy Lehn with Moonlit Vitals, winning $816 for Amy Lynch. Reserve was Lindsey Minor with Lopin All Night Long, winning $648 for Lindsay Gunderlock Smaltz. Third was Sarah Faught with Keepin Quiet, winning $480 for Linda Patron. Fourth was Murray Griggs with Southern Dreamin, winning $240 for Heidi Rasor. Fifth was David Busick with Hussh Money, winning $216 for Candy Bava. Sixth was Kelly McDowall with Olive Ah Sudden for Claire McDowall.
