Important Survey For Equine-Assisted Services (EAS)

Filed under: Health & Training |

Horses and Humans Research Foundation (HHRF) and Horses in Education and Therapy International (HETI) Request Your Help in an Important Survey for the Field of Equine-assisted Services (EAS).

HHRF and HETI have joined forces to study the feasibility of creating a single research platform that will act as a repository for all information pertinent to the field of Equine-assisted Services (EAS) research.

Both organizations’ strategic plans emphasize education based on rigorous research, however there is consensus that access to quality research is a global barrier.

In order to close this gap, HHRF and HETI have launched a feasibility study for the development of a central international knowledge bank where global research data can be pooled, organized and easily accessed by all who want to enhance the field of human services that incorporate horses.

YOU are invited to participate in a survey which is being conducted as a joint project by HHRF and HETI. Our goal is to understand your thoughts on the importance, usage, and interest in research into EAS.  In this survey, you will be asked to answer questions about your relationship to, or interest in, research and/or activities in the field of EAS which include various types of therapies, learning, and horsemanship for humans that rely on horses or other equines as participants.

Please join us as we find ways to make quality research available to everyone in the field who is interested.  Click on the link below to take the survey (it will roughly take 5 minutes).
