
August 12-22, 2021 will mark the 16th annual NSBA World Championship Show. NSBA will offer all-breed classes over ten days at the Built Ford Tough Livestock Complex in Tulsa, OK and pay out in excess of $1,000,000 in cash & prizes! In addition to the World Show classes, NSBA Breeders Championship Futurity and Stakes classes are also offered.

The National Snaffle Bit Association (NSBA) in support of the NSBA Foundation has announced the transition of the Susan Scott Memorial Scholarship to the Susan Scott Memorial Fund. The Susan Scott Memorial Fund quickly outgrew the original scope of the Susan Scott Memorial Scholarship with a tremendous display of support from the show horse community.

In early spring 2020, the APHA Board of Directors temporarily suspended a series of judge and show management rules to allow shows to more easily hold their events and make last-minute changes in the fluid COVID-19 environment. At the end of 2020, APHA extended those temporary rule suspensions through June 30, 2021.

The Commission on AQHA Competitive Events is anticipated to be a three-year project, which will include review and initial dialogue; continued dialogue and initial development; and final development and enactment through the AQHA rule-change process. The goal is to implement approved changes January 1, 2025.
