The American Quarter Horse Association and Robin Glenn Pedigrees are excited to announce the launch of the RGP Catalog Builder V1, a Web-based pedigree writer and sale catalog management system for performance horses. The RGP Catalog Builder provides a user-friendly, turnkey system for creating and managing a sale catalog, from pre-written pedigree pages to printer files to promotion on the Web.

“All I can say is wow, great job!” said Dena Milner of Milner Marketing Management.

Version 1 of the RGP Catalog Builder not only automatically generates catalog pages with paragraph-style pedigrees, but handles the whole catalog production job. The end result is a printer-ready, app-ready and Web-ready catalog, complete with a covering sire reference, as well as consignor, sire, dam and horse indexes.

The program’s pedigree pages combine data from AQHA’s database with data from the 35-year-old RGP database, electronically furnishing the “whole performance picture” for the first time in history. Performance data covers all event types, including racing.

The RGP Catalog Builder also allows for the inclusion of consignor notes, breeding information, photographs, videos and management of other breed association horses. Hip numbers can be manually entered or automatically assigned and sorted into custom sale sessions, if desired.

One click sends the catalog to pre-sale and finished-catalog Web presentations complete with photos and videos. One click also sends the finished catalog to publication on the RGP Catalog App, which is available for all Apple and Android devices. Printer-ready catalog files and stall card artwork are also easily produced.

“Anyone who can order items on Amazon.com or put a photo on Facebook can produce a sale catalog with this program,” said Robin Glenn, RGP senior director. “It’s the same concept: Simply complete an online form on each horse, upload your sale horse photos and copy and paste your video links. The program does the rest of the work for you.”

Read more about the RGP Catalog Builder’s pricing, system and computer knowledge requirements, and detailed information on the program’s features. In order to provide customers with the best program possible, Robin Glenn Pedigrees has chosen to utilize the advanced features Google Chrome offers. The RGP Catalog Builder requires Google Chrome to operate.
