The NSBA Foundation proudly recognized the graduates of its third class of Tomorrows Horsemen during a ceremony held December 4 at the 2025 NSBA Annual Membership Meeting in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The ten graduates of Class 3 include:

♦Leah Currie (Hampton, New Brunswick)
♦Jess Duffy (Cross Roads, Texas)
♦Kaitlin Hutchinson (Hampstead, North Carolina)
♦Morgan Lantz (Fennville, Michigan)
♦Justin Melvin (Marysville, Ohio)
♦Jess Noiseux (Falls Village, Connecticut)
♦Taylor Pearson (Woodburn, Kentucky)
♦Marion Troyer (Apple Creek, Ohio)
The two-year program helps emerging professional trainers develop the skills needed to build sustainable and successful training operations. Participants receive mentorship, networking opportunities and guidance from industry professionals in fields including accounting, business trends, customer relations and marketing. The curriculum combines in-person instruction with web-based one-on-one sessions and ongoing points of contact, equipping participants with tools to establish financial stability and long-term success in the horse industry. Twenty-nine professionals have graduated the program to date.
In addition to celebrating the Class 3 graduates, the NSBA Foundation announced the participants selected for the fourth class of Tomorrows Horsemen.
