Looking for a few good judges- Application deadline- May 1, 2018
Have you been considering testing for your NSBA judge’s card? There is no time like the present.
Testing for NSBA judges will be held in September, 2018 in Gurnee, Illinois. Riders’ Cup and Arizona Sun Circuit- March 6-7, 2018
The NSBA Riders Cup will be held March 6 & 7, 2018 at the Arizona Sun Circuit. With and estimated purse of over $50,000, you will not want to miss this event. World Show Qualifying Deadline- April 30, 2018
Exhibitors can see the complete list of classes that require qualification here. Horses and exhibitors qualify by competing five times in their respective classes. A list by horse name is available here.
New for 2018, color horse classes will require qualification by showing to five judges in their respective classes. In additions, Ranch Riding classes will not require qualifying. See the calendar to map out your next NSBA shows and get qualified.
Boot Camp Dates Announced
The National Snaffle Bit Association is once again proud to be hosting three boot camps in 2018. This year’s boot camps will be held June 14-16 in Camden, South Carolina; June 19-21 in Cloverdale, Indiana and July 10-11 in Loveland, Colorado.
As a special project of the NSBA Foundation, this year grants will be offered to youth who are currently enrolled in or members of 4H, Interscholastic Equestrian Association or FFA.
Clinicians to date include Tommy Sheets, Whitney Legace, Blake Weis, Carla Wennberg, Butch and Patty Campbell, Mark Dunham. Contact Stephanie Lynn at 847-623-6722 or slynn@nsba.com.
