Because the weather forecast predicted toasty temperatures for the three-day event, exhibitors were encouraged to forgo those heavy show jackets and chaps in favor of the cooler attire of a button down shirt, jeans, boots, and hat. Band or don’t. Wear a work saddle instead of a show saddle. It was entirely up to the competitors!
