Ocala, Florida – World Equestrian Center – Ocala (WEC) has completed The Equestrian Manor’s four-restaurant collection with the opening of The White Willow and Genievieve’s. Joining The Polo Pony and Emma’s Patisserie at The Equestrian Manor, which are already open on the ground floor, the additions of The White Willow and Genievieve’s introduce elevated rooftop dining to World Equestrian Center’s newest luxury event and hospitality venue, located adjacent to The Riding Academy Hotel.
Spanning four stories and over 300,000 square feet, The Equestrian Manor sets a new standard for dining and events in Central Florida. Together, its four restaurants showcase refined American, bold Pan-Asian and romantic Italian cuisine, along with a second, larger location of Emma’s Patisserie, offering guests a diverse and thoughtfully curated range of dining experiences in one destination.
The White Willow debuts as Ocala’s lively rooftop dining destination, inspired by the flavors of Asia. The chef-driven menu features sushi and dim sum, including the Reef & Beef Cowboy Roll, alongside signature dishes such as General Tso’s Lobster, complemented by sake cocktails, Asian beers and Japanese whiskies. The garden-inspired restaurant and bar blends stylish interiors with two balconies and an open-air lounge, creating the perfect setting for a night out. Diners can view the menu online. Reservations are recommended through OpenTable, with walk-ins accepted as space allows.
Also located on the top floor, Genievieve’s offers an elegant dinner experience through refined Italian cuisine. The menu blends time-honored traditions with creativity, featuring handmade pastas, fresh seafood and Italian classics such as Duck Agnolotti and Lobster Risotto. Guests may dine in the romantic dining room or rooftop terrace and pair each dish with wine selections from nearly 20 of Italy’s wine regions in a cellar-inspired private dining room. Diners can view the menu online. Reservations are recommended through OpenTable, with walk-ins accepted as space allows.
“The opening of The White Willow and Genievieve’s completes The Equestrian Manor’s culinary vision,” said Jeremy Gow, Senior Director of Food and Beverage Operations at WEC. “These rooftop concepts bring a unique energy to the venue, offering guests elevated dinner experiences that reflect our commitment to thoughtful cuisine and the level of hospitality that defines World Equestrian Center.”
