When prepping for the world show, one needs a history lesson field trip. Jenell Pogue Performance Horses took us to the legendary BSB Quarter Horses where we got to meet the incomparable Too Sleepy To Zip – Collin tried setting him up for our picture…the girls laughed…it’s habit. I’m even more excited to see his baby with Dirrty Diana next year.
What an incredible experience walking through their pastures there and seeing living legends that have made our industry what it is today!
We got to meet Vitalyzed/Vito, who is the father of Becky’s baby due next year and Radical Signs R Good. Shelley N Kim Donovan and Hedy run an incredible farm and they do it right. All the studs are so well mannered and even the babies are sweet and smart on top of being great movers. But as they say, “The proof is in the kids!”
Thank you again Kim, Shelley, and Hedy for the history lessons, laughs, honesty, and most of all for all you do to help Jenell Pogue . You say what you mean and you mean what you say, which is a rare thing these days. This is why you all are Hall of Fame legends.
Thank you for being a role model and example to my son, too. It was great for him to see and hear you all talk about your word meaning something and how you always have to stand behind your word and be honest!
