The Big A Circuit Announces New Perpetual Award Honoring Cowgirl Legend Ina Ginsberg

The Georgia Quarter Horse Association and An Equine Production unveil a new honor dedicated to one of the most influential and beloved figures in the Quarter Horse community, Ina Ginsberg.

Starting in 2026, the Ginsberg Family will graciously share selected items from Ina’s personal trophy collection to honor outstanding achievement at the Big A.

To further commemorate her legacy, the GQHA Big A Circuit is honored to establish the Ina Ginsberg Perpetual Award, recognizing the High Point Select Halter Exhibitor each year at the Big A circuit. This prestigious perpetual award will serve as a lasting tribute to Ina’s passion for halter competition, her fierce cowgirl spirit, and her remarkable impact on the Quarter Horse world.

“Ina embodied everything we admire in a true horsewoman—grit, grace, generosity, and an unshakable love for the sport,” said Jeffrey Pait. “Her influence will continue to inspire exhibitors for generations.”
