National Snaffle Bit Association, along with fellow hosts the American Quarter Horse Association, American Paint Horse Association, National Reining Horse Association and National Reined Cow Horse Association, invites Europe’s Western horse community to learn, connect and prepare for the next show season at the 2027 European Show Seminar. The seminar will take place January 22–24 at the Sunway Playa Golf & Spa Hotel in Sitges, Spain.
Judges, exhibitors, trainers, youth and affiliate leaders from across the region are invited to gather under one roof to attend expert-led sessions, leadership workshops and experience hands-on learning on topics from specific class and discipline instruction to show management topics such as technology in the show pen, developing show patterns, creative awards and creating media/community engagement. The seminar will also include a gala event that celebrates the 2027 seminar’s theme: Stronger Together.
“NSBA has always been rooted in the belief that our community is strongest when we share a common language of horsemanship and sportsmanship,” noted Stephanie Lynn, NSBA executive director. “As our sport continues to flourish globally, it was an honor to be a part of the joint show seminar hosted alongside our alliance partners, specifically designed for our European equestrian family.
“By bridging the geographical gap, we provided a platform for European riders, trainers, and judges to come together and discuss industry standards, ensuring the integrity of our classes remains consistent across every border. The seminars are not just about the rules in the arena; they also foster an environment where knowledge is shared freely and the bond between horse and rider is celebrated.”
