NEW $5,000 3 and Over Novice Horse WP Futurity at Henry County/IQHA Labor Day Futurity

Mark Harrell Horse Shows has just released the exciting news that a new futurity has been added to the schedule of the Henry Co. Saddle Club Fall Show and IQHA Futurity, which is scheduled for Sept. 4-6 in Newcastle, Indiana.
The new $5,000 3-Year-Old and Over Novice Horse Western Pleasure class will pay $5,000 to the winner! In order to compete in the class, horses may not have earned more than 25 points and/or accumulated $2,500 in winnings. The entry fee is $500.
If there are 10 entries, the payback will be as follows. If there are greater than 10 entries, payback will be adjusted accordingly.
- 1st- $5,000
- 2nd place – 40% of entry fees
- 3rd place – 30% of entry fees
- 4th place – 20% of entry fees
- 5th place – 10% of entry fees
Judges for the show will be John Boxell, Andrea Simons, Robin Griggs, Jessica Gilliam, and Mike Carter.
In addition to the new $5,000 3-Year-Old and Over Novice Horse Western Pleasure Futurity, there will be $6,000 offered in NSBA Futurities and bronze trophies will be awarded. Also, there will be $5,000 in added Futurity money.
