Myah Chaput and Prepare To B Shocked represent the gold standard in showmanship, so it’s only fitting they added a Gold Globe to their long list of awards for their aptitude in the class. They added the incredible achievement to their long list of accolades in the event on Monday at the 2025 AQHYA World Championship Show in Oklahoma City.
They’ve won the Congress, Level 2, and they’ve been Top Five here in the Level 3 last year, Myah says, “and now we finally got our Gold Globe!”
“She’s 17 years old; she’s an old gal,” says Myah, who explains “Lainey” just loves this event. “We actually haul her around the country just for this class. She has been all over this year with Sara (Simons) and I, and this is just her thing. It’s what she looks for.”
Myah reveals they have such a special connection, she thinks Lainey wants it just as bad as she does. “And she knows she needs to show up for me because of our connection together. And so she just she loves it because of that.”
