MPHC Memorial Bonanza Results

APHA enthusiasts celebrated the Stars and Stripes at the Michigan Paint Horse Club’s Memorial Bonanza that was held May 29-31 in Mason, MI. Judges were Eric Hubbard, Mark McCarthy, Danielle Burns, Michelle Pearson, and Pam Scott.

The show also included three sweepstakes classes from the MPHC Fall Color Classic Futurity that had a combined total payout of $3,200. The winner of the 4 and Over Hunter Under Saddle class was Ethan Jones with Goodnight For Cuervo, receiving $400. This horse is by CR Good Machine. The winner of the 4 and Over Western Pleasure class was Megan McLain with Saintsational. This team received $416 for the win. This horse is by Zippo Sensation. The winner of the 4 and Over Trail class was Heather Koeman with Simon Always Says. They received $319. This horse is by John Simon.

The Amateur SPB Walk-Trot High Point Champion was Chute The Rocket and Kimberly Krawczak. Reserve was I Know Im Hot and Jessica Heyen. The Amateur Walk-Trot High Point Champion was Howie Dance and Caitlin Gordon. Reserve was Gentlemens Lad and Jennifer Bishop. The Youth Walk-Trot High Point Champion was All In Red and Anna Overway. Reserve was Dolled Up In Lights and Paige Conley.

The Novice Amateur High Point Champion was Ethel Mae and Jessica Paskiet. Reserve was Lazy Loper On Scotch and Amber Fritcher-Tippet. The Amateur SPB High Point Champion was The Best Wingman and Charlynn Turner. Reserve was Hes A Special Warrior and Caitlyn Hooks. The Amateur High Point Champion was Lazy Loper On Scotch and Amber Fritcher-Tippet. Reserve was No More Candy and Rachel Sackrider.

The Masters Amateur High Point Champion was Cowboy By Design and Lori Hartman. Reserve was Kool Kharisma and Norma Ruggless. The Novice Youth High Point Champion was Gold Machine and Kendall Lance. Reserve was Appealing Rose and Lila Schrinker. The 13 & Under High Point winner was Appealing Rose and Lila Schrinker. Reserve was Invite Lucy and Jeanette Taulker.

The 14-18 Champion was Simons Always Says and Kimber Cobbs. Reserve was A Little Bit Fancy and Karlee Shiery. The  Youth SPB winner was Kiss My Cookies and Camryn Miller. Reserve was AppointmentAtGraceland and Lily Carlyon.
