Leadline Clarification For ABRA World Show

There has been a clarification in the American Buckskin Registry Association World Show Rules concerning Leadline classes. The youth exhibitor nor handler are required to own the horse being exhibited.
This clarification has been made on the Official World Show Rules Online and on the online Digital World Show Program. However, the printed program will have the original incorrect wordage of required ownership.
