Did you miss the 2019 Lucas Oil AQHA World Championship Show entry deadline, but still want to enter? Exhibitors have until November 1 to enter the show, but those entries will be subject to late fees.

Late fees are in addition to standard entry fees associated with the selected class. Additional fees such as cattle, obstacle, office and drug fees will not change. Entries are due in the AQHA office by the dates listed below:

  • Regular Entries were due September 16
  • Late Entry – September 17 to October 1 (double the entry fee per class)
  • Ultra-Late Entry – October 2 to November 1 ($1,000 late fee for each Level 3 class and $500 late fee for each Level 2 class)

Be sure to check out Register at www.aqha.com/worldshow where you’ll find entry forms for non-qualifying classes, including 2-year-old western pleasure, Level 1 stakes, weanling halter and Southern Belle Breeders. Plus, there’s information about the halter nomination program and Pleasure Versatility Challenge, brought to you by Terry Bradshaw Quarter Horses.

New this year, National Snaffle Bit Association, Southern Belle and Level 1 Stakes entries were due in the office in advance of the show and will not be accepted at the show. Classes are subject to the same entry fee deadlines and their own associated late fees outlined on each entry form.

AQHA posted the list of qualifiers for the Lucas Oil World under Resources at www.aqha.com/worldshow. If you have questions on your status as a qualifier or about entering the show, please email AQHA Show Events Coordinator Heidi Lane at worldshow@aqha.org.
