As a young man, Billy Cook opened his saddle shop in 1953. Business boomed, allowing him to expand his production to keep up with the demand for durable, well-made saddles. Over the years, Billy Cook Saddles has seen exponential growth and has brought experts in to continue Cook’s tradition of quality tack and saddles. Though Cook passed away in the fall of 2019, Billy Cook Saddles has continued to be one of the most prolific saddle and tack makers in the country.
