Entries & Stall Reservations Now Open for A Sudden Impulse and Orange Blossom Classic

Ocala, FL – Quarter Horse competition returns to World Equestrian Center – Ocala! Entries and stall reservations are now open through AnEquineProduction.com for two NSBA and AQHA approved events: the Orange Blossom Classic from April 17-21, 2024, and A Sudden Impulse from April 23-27, 2024. With a combined $675,000 in guaranteed added money, these competitions assure top-tier action for all participants.

Featuring a total of 10 AQHA hunter shows, eight AQHA shows, and two AQHA qualifying events, there are ample opportunities to earn national points as well as state points offered through FQHA. In addition, the shows will feature two NSBA World Show qualifying opportunities with multiple NSBA purse classes for all NSBA licensed horses.

Entries and stall reservations are currently being accepted online at AnEquineProduction.com until March 29 (without incurring late fees).

Health Papers
Upon arrival, please bring the following health documents to the Show Office (CaptiveOne Advisors Indoor Arena 1 lobby) or email health papers to AEPHealthPapers@gmail.com. In the email, please include the horse’s registered name and trainer/stalling agent’s name. Please do not put photos in the body of the email. All documents should be added as attachments. Please note, the registered name must be used on all health documents.

• A 14-day statement of health, certificate of veterinary inspection or a health certificate, is required for all horses arriving from instate or outside the state of Florida. The statement of health must be dated within 14 days of check in, affirming that the horses entering the facility have not had an elevated temperature, been to a facility where there has been a positive or suspected positive case of EHV, been in a close proximity to an ill horse and receive routine vet care and vaccinations. The Statement of Health must be signed by a licensed veterinarian and on the vet’s letterhead.
• Negative Coggins dated within one year.
• Trainer/Owner Health Declaration (New for 2024) – Signed by an owner/trainer confirming that the horse has not experienced a fever exceeding 101.5 degrees or any disease in the 72 hours leading up to its arrival. Additionally, the horse must not have been exposed to or treated for an unexplained fever in the past 28 days and should have tested negative for any disease at least 30 days prior to arrival. If the horse has tested positive within the last six months for any infectious diseases, this information should also be disclosed. See form.
• Vaccine records of Flu/Rhino within the span of six months.

Any non-showing horse, including ride-around horses and pony horses must also provide the health papers above.
