Slater just might have been bitten by the horse bug, especially after taking a spin on multiple Congress and World Champion Certainly Flatlined, aka “Perfect Peter,” at Starnes Quarter Horses this spring!
He’s being led by his proud grandparents, Shane and Kenna. “Love this picture with our grandson!” says Kenna.
