Around the Rings – All American Quarter Horse Congress, October 15 2022
On Saturday, October 15th, many Congress exhibitors showed to big audiences, as the public packed the walkways, shopping areas, concessions, and many sections of the stands. Exhibitors showed in Showmanship, Western Riding, Western Pleasure, Horsemanship, Halter, and Hunter Under Saddle.
Early on Saturday, Tammi Smith won Championships in both Weanling and Yearling Fillies with Lindas Final Legacy and FG Giana respectively. Here’s what Tammi had to say about both wins, and why Lindas Final Legacy is important to their family:

Later that morning, 11 & Under Youth exhibitors had a tight schedule if they showed in both Showmanship and Horsemanship, as they had to race from Showmanship placings in the Celeste to performing their patterns in the Coliseum. It was not a problem for Addaley Hudson and KM Movin The Best, however. They earned a 3rd place out of 48 exhibitors in Showmanship, then they topped a field of 44 to win 11 & Under Horsemanship.
