The Appaloosa Horse Club (ApHC) is pleased to announce the 2021 Executive Committee, elected at the Board of Directors meeting held on Wednesday, January 13th, 2021.

Executive Officers elected for 2021 are: President, Deb Dyer, Blacksburg, VA (Territory V); Vice President, Sean Schembri, Myakka City, FL (Territory IV); Chair of Finance, Leslie Foxvog, Phelan, CA (Territory II); Chair of Rules, Ray Burchett, Harrisburg, PA (Territory VI); Chair of Marketing, Kristen Reiter, Oak Harbor, WA (Territory I); and Chair of Planning & Review, Lori Wunderlich, Newton, NJ (Territory VI).

“To serve as ApHC President is an honor, but more than that, it is a vast stewardship for the horse that I love, and for his people and this association,” said President Deb Dyer. “My vision is to grow our community, because through growth we stimulate breeding and sales. Growth is the key, and I am excited for our future.”

The ApHC Board of Directors will hold their annual spring meeting April 2nd – 5th, 2020 in Las Vegas, NV.

The Appaloosa Horse Club (ApHC) was established in 1938 with a mission of preserving, promoting and enhancing the Appaloosa breed. The ApHC has since registered more than 700,000 Appaloosas, which are known for their distinctive color, intelligence and even temperament. True to their reputation as an extremely versatile breed, Appaloosas can be found in nearly every discipline including racing, endurance riding and serving as reliable family horses. The international breed registry is headquartered in Moscow, Idaho, the heart of the Palouse region—the Appaloosa breed’s namesake and point of origin.
