The 2026 APHA World Show, June 19–July 4, coincides with FIFA World Cup matches taking place in nearby Arlington, resulting in extremely high hotel demand and elevated rates throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
APHA is actively working with area hotel partners to secure room blocks for World Show exhibitors/attendees at the most reasonable rates currently available. These efforts are ongoing, and we will continue to pursue additional options over the coming weeks. The most updated information is posted on our APHA World Show hotel page. Other tips include:
- Book reservations early to ensure you have a place to stay, but keep checking to see if rates have changed. Our discussions with Fort Worth connections predict additional room availability and rate options will continue to develop over the next few months. - Expand your local hotel search to include areas like Fort Worth Alliance (north), Lake Worth (northwest), Weatherford (west) or Benbrook (south). Those areas are seeing less impact from FIFA demand.
- Consider bringing your RV or renting an RV locally and staying on-site at the Will Rogers Memorial Center. RV parking reservations open at apha.com/worldshow in April; RV rental resources are available on our website.
