Vivianne Ortega has only had Shining It Up, aka “Lollipop,” for a few months, but today the team came out of the OG&E as 2025 AQHYA World Champions in L2 Ranch Riding 13 & Under, and Bronze Champions in L3 Ranch Riding 13 & Under!
