There’s a popular meme that makes its way around social media regularly displaying a photo of a little girl holding reins and grinning from ear to ear, and the caption says, “Her parents will never see another vacation!”

Well, we at The Equine Chronicle believe we have the photo to update that well-loved meme, and it is this one! This is two-year-old Josie Lea, whose mom, Malisah Ziemak, explains has been bitted by the horse bug! “She’s giving kisses and scratches to our broodmare, Lola, and her face is pure joy. Dad Trent says, ‘I will never financially recover from this.’ Lol!”
