To determine level eligibility for 2022, visit www.aqha.com/leveling to access the Web-based AQHA leveling verification system within member services. Eligibility is for the entire year (January-December), so exhibitors only need to determine their level once per show season. When inputting an ID or changing ID numbers, select the search button twice to present accurate leveling data.

APHA State Director Wendell Cummings Passes

An APHA member since 1998 and longtime advocate for the Paint Horse, Wendell served as an APHA state director for many years. He was an active member of the General Show & Contest and World Show Advisory Committees from 2018-2021 and served on the Cattle Event Task Force that began in 2020.

Remembering Carol Harris – A Fearless Horsewoman

On August 7, 2021, the horse world lost a vibrant member with the passing of Carol Harris at the age of 98. To say she used every single one of those years to the fullest would be an understatement. Harris was a fearless horsewoman who loved her family, friends, dogs, and horses. Harris transformed the Quarter Horse world with her famous stallion, Rugged Lark, and helped mentor and inspire countless horsemen through the years. She was passionate about breeding for quality in both her beloved Thoroughbreds and Quarter Horses, and the influence from Bo-Bett Farm in Reddick, Florida will be felt for generations.
