Sun Circuit Futurity Champions Include Case, Flentje, Renfro, Green, and More

Congratulations is in order for a number of Futurity Champions that have been crowned this week at the 2021 Sun Circuit that is underway in Scottsdale, Arizona.

First, up are the free-flowing, smooth-moving, Hunter Under Saddle specialists.

The 3 & 4-Year-Old Open HUS was won by Beth Case with Al My Assets for Michelle and Sheila Bauer. This team won $756. The $500 3 & 4-Year-Old Non Pro HUS, sponsored by Allocate Your Assets, was won by Alessandra Megan with A Certain Sundi, owned by Megan Ehrle. The winner received $400.50. The winner of the $2,500 Added West Coast Breeders 3 & 4-Year-Old Non Pro HUS was Im Simply Southern, ridden by Kara Flentje for Flentje Enterprises. This team won $2,650.

Nancy Alto-Renfro

The $5,000 added $2,500 Limited Horse Open Hunter Under Saddle was won by Good To Be First, ridden by Beth Case, for Emily Miller. The pair won $3,480. The $1,000 added $2,500 Limited Horse Limited Rider Open HUS was won by Nancy Alto-Renfro with Cprealsurehestheone for Kristie Perea. The team won $1,300.

Dakota Andrie

In Western Pleasure classes, the winner of the $2,000 Added 3-Year-Old Novice Horse WP was LunaMoon, owned by Scott and Linda Berwick, and shown by Angie Cannizzaro. They received $1,468 for the win. The $5,000 4 & Over Western Pleasure, sponsored by Aaron Moses Show Horses, was won by Ima Gold Machine, owned by Rusty and Katie Green, and shown by Katie Green. The team won $1,733.

The winner of the $1,200 added 3 & 4-Year-Old Non Pro Western Pleasure, sponsored by CAC Show Horses- Charles and Angie Cannizzaro, was Snippity Snap, owned and shown by Kent Ray Taylor. They received $662. The $2,500 Added West Coast Breeders 3 & 4-Year-Old NP Western Pleasure saw Never Have I Ever and Dakota Andrie take the win and $1,635.

Winning the $2,000 added 3-Year-Old Open Western Pleasure was Made Sleepy, owned by Becky and Gil Galyean, and shown by Gill Galyean. They won $2,260. The $800 added 3 and 4-Year-Old  Intermediate Non Pro Western Pleasure was won by The Candy Mann and Macy Brandt. This team won $502. The class was sponsored by CAC Show Horses-Charles and Angie Cannizzaro.
