Special Congress Room Rates For EC Readers!

Now that quarantine restrictions are beginning to be lifted, and horse shows will quickly start to resume, it’s time to think about shows coming up later in the year. Our friends at the Springhill Suites Columbus OSU in Columbus, Ohio are helping out with your planning needs for the Congress by providing special room rates!

The Springhill Suites is located at 1421 Olentangy River Road in Columbus, Ohio, 43212. For the 2020 Quarter Horse Congress (September 28th-October 25th) there will be a special room rate of $99 a night, plus tax, for a King Suite and $109 a night, plus tax, for a Double Queen Suite. Cancellation for this reservation deal would be 48 hours prior to arrival. Reservations will need to be made prior to September 8th, 2020.

In addition, the parking lot is large enough to allow for horse trailers, and there can be an area sectioned off for easy in and out access. The hotel is located in a safe area near the OSU campus, and the parking lot is well-lit with two staff members available every night from 11 pm-5 am.
