UPDATE:

Last night, friends and family gathered in Ocala, Florida to remember the life of Cheree Kirkbride. The wife of equine photographer Jeff Kirkbride and active dog breeder and competitor, Cheree passed away early Saturday morning, May 30, 2015.

Since that time, the Kirkbride family has expressed their interest in creating a scholarship in Cheree’s name. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Pinto Heritage Foundation, 7330 N W 23rd St, Bethany OK 73008, (405) 491-0111 extension 225.

Again, our sincerest condolences and prayers go out to the Kirkbride family during this difficult time.

EPSON MFP imageIt is with much sadness that our family at The Equine Chronicle must relay some very sad news. Cheree Kirkbride passed away early this morning, Saturday, May 30th, 2015. As many of our friends in the equine industry will know, Cheree joined her husband Jeff by providing services as the official All American Quarter Horse Congress Photography team for the past 14 years, until their decision to step away in 2014.

When Cheree wasn’t at the horse show taking care of the behind-the-scenes operations of Kirkbride Photography, she enjoyed breeding and showing dogs, especially her beloved Corgis.

Our sincerest condolences go out to the entire Kirkbride family during this difficult time. We will relay any information about upcoming funeral and memorial arrangements as soon as that has been made available to the public.EPSON MFP image
