Hannagan Family

The Hannagan Family is well known to many Midwesterners for their horse show facility and management team. Patriarch of the family, Gordon Hannagan, had a vision of creating a place to host auctions and equine events. Their facility, appropriately named ‘Gordyville’ has 160,000 square feet of space and has two 100 x 270 arenas and can hold up to 650 stalls. The Hannagan Family has hosted NSBA events since they opened their doors in 1988 including the Pleasure Jubilee and Breeders Classic Yearling Sale. They also held some of the first Equestrians With Disabilities classes in the country. Mary Hannagan has also served on the Show Management Committee for NSBA. The Hannagans continue to work together as a family from show management to announcing and even helping with the back gate, they continue to impact the horse industry and NSBA.

NSBA congratulates all of the Hall of Fame Inductees. They will each be honored at the annual Awards Banquet on August 17, 2016 in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

About NSBA
