PRIOR TO AUCTION ALL ENTRIES WILL BE SCREENED
– Provide Veterinary Examination Form
– Confirm required radiographs have been received.
– Provides results of eye exam
– Provide statement of age for unregistered horses from a veterinarian or equine dentist.
– Provide negative Coggins dated within 12 months of sale date.
– Provide Interstate Health Certificate dated within 30 days of sale date.
– Exhibit performance requirements:
- Saddle & bridle horse
- Pick up Feet
- Ride off at walk, trot (or gait) and lope.
IMPORTANT DEADLINES:
Nomination Deadline: August 10, 2021
REQUIRED for each entry:
1 – Nomination / Entry Form with Entry Fee – Full entry fee will be refunded or checks returned if horse is not accepted.
2 – Copy of registration papers for registered horses. Provide Breed or Cross-Bred Breed for unregistered horses on Nomination Form.
3 – Age – unregistered horses require a statement from veterinarian or equine dentist.
4 – Photos – Professional Quality Only – minimum of 2 photos – Prefer one posted and one under saddle or in action. If accepted we will use these photos in advertising, email blasts and social media posts soon after acceptance.
5 – Video of horse performing – 2 to 5 minute video to show riding ability and temperament. Provide URL for YouTube, Vimeo, Facebook. Does not have to be a final marketing video.
6 – Disclosure Form and Ratings – health and vice information.
7 – Consignor history – give background on years in industry and other auctions where you have sold.
Sale Committee will inspect horse for injuries, scars or defects not on nomination Disclosure Form. IF SALE COMMITTEE DOES NOT PASS HORSE THROUGH SCREENING, it will be removed from the auction.
