Paints always make a splash at National Reining Horse Association events, with their flashy coats and stunning performances. Now, those rides could help Paints shine at the APHA World Championship Show, thanks to APHA’s partnership with NRHA.

APHA recently added three U.S. and 10 international NRHA events to the list of pre-approved competitions that count toward APHA World Show qualification. This brings the list to nearly 30 NRHA-approved evens that can help get your Paint Horse qualified to compete for cash and world championship titles at the 2015 APHA World Show.

Qualifying for the APHA World Show isn’t hard—simply compete at a minimum of four approved events under eight judges, and your horse is qualified to compete in ANY class and eligible division at the APHA World Show, which takes place November 4-14, 2015, in Fort Worth, Texas.

Special qualification exceptions apply to certain classes, but most events require qualification by participation. The qualification period for the 2015 Open/Amateur World Show is August 1, 2014, through July 31, 2015; no qualification is required for the AjPHA Youth World Championship Show, which takes place June 23-July 4.

Any APHA-approved show counts toward qualification for the APHA Open/Amateur World Show, but we’ve made it extra-easy for reiners by including the following events thanks to APHA’s partnership with NRHA.
