Countdown to WCHA Breeder’s Championship Futurity

The 2015 WCHA Breeder’s Championship Futurity is fast approaching! The event will be held September 18-20 in Tunica, MS, in conjunction with The Big Money Futurity.

Move In Day is Wednesday, September 16th at noon. Early arrivals should contact Futurity Secretary Melissa Bausman at 941-544-8606.

WCHA Ranch Horse Challenge, Presented by The Equine Chronicle

The WCHA Ranch Horse Challenge will be held in conjunction with the WCHA Futurity. The entry deadline is September 9th.

The Gold Strike Hotel and Casino is the host hotel for the WCHA and Big Money Futurity.

WCHA Owner-Breeder-Exhibitor Classes at AQHA World Show

The entry deadline for WCHA OBE classes at the AQHA World Show is Sept. 15th. The World Conformation Horse Association is offering two WCHA owner-breeder-exhibitor conformation Halter classes at the AQHA World Championship Show this year. The winners of these classes will be recognized as WCHA World Champions.
The two classes offered will be owner-breeder-exhibitor weanling stallions/geldings on Thursday, November 19th and Weanling Fillies on Friday, November 20. Any offspring that are AQHA registered and sired by 2015 WCHA/AQHA Futurity-enrolled stallions will be eligible to enter. The cost to enter one of the OBE classes is $500.
