FMCSA is announcing an additional 90-day temporary waiver from the ELD rule for agriculture-related transportation. Additionally, during this time period, FMCSA will publish final guidance on both the agricultural 150 air-mile hours-of-service exemption and personal conveyance.

He raised, showed and bred American Quarter Horses, was an AQHA director emeritus and a member of the AQHA Horseback Riding Program. He was past president and honorary vice president of the Rocky Mountain Quarter Horse Association, and was inducted in the Rocky Mountain Quarter Horse Hall of Fame in December 2015. He is a member emeritus of the Pikes Peak Range Riders and a member of the Southern Colorado Cutting Horse Association.

“The funny thing is we decided not to obsess about the rankings. We all made a pact to do our thing and focus on our own personal best at every show. None of us wanted the pressure of point chasing. That takes the fun out of why we really enjoy showing. In fact, my mom and Virginia didn’t even let me know that I was leading until after the Congress. That’s when we all sat down and looked at the points and said, ‘Wow, this might happen.'”
