Mrs. Kathy Tobin and her 13-year-old gelding “Roany” were third to go in the working order this morning in Select Trail at the 2017 All American Quarter Horse Congress. They scored a whopping 234 to stay at the top of the leaderboard outlasting 70 other entries to be named the Congress Champion.
