Investigate creating an AQHA Horse Show Integrity Team, modeled after the racing integrity team, to be deployed at AQHA world shows.  Potential team members could include any or all of the following: (1) ring stewards, as they operate now with judges; (2) Gate stewards to conduct soundness checks and look for prohibited equipment; (3) animal welfare ambassadors to interact with participants and advance the animal welfare initiatives, while monitoring the barns and show grounds; and (4) animal welfare veterinarians to ensure the integrity of onsite veterinarians, horse welfare and biosecurity.

Georgia Snow led her stallion, Trillions, to win Amateur Solid Paint Bred Yearling Stallions. The Reserve Champion was Gregory McBride with CNC Captain Barbosa. Third was Dillan Alberto with Hes That Obvious.

“Her name is Bella, and she’s really not crazy! She’s the sweetest thing ever,” Sid says. “I purchased her from Ken and Karen Kennedy.  She’s a full sibling to Red Solo Cup. She’s by Zippos Sensation and out of Shesa Real Pleasure.”

Joy Stehney has owned “Big” since January of this year. He was purchased from Jim and Georgia Snow. The gelding is by My Intention and out of Say Sierra.
