APHA’s popular C3 “Creating Confident Clinicians” seminar returns for a third year to help horsemen and -women with a passion for teaching develop their presentation skills to better educate the equine community. New for 2017, ranch and show class seminars are designed to help professionals and non-pro exhibitors alike step up their performances through rulebook education.

This event takes place December 15–17 at the Tuscany Suites and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada, and is sponsored by the Silver State Paint Horse Club.

“This is an excellent opportunity for our Professional Horsemen and judges to hone their public speaking skills,” APHA Director of Judges Dave Dellin said. “In addition, there are two days of top-notch educational opportunities geared towards professional and Amateur exhibitors about what the judges are looking for in a multitude of classes. You won’t regret attending C3, but you will regret it if you miss out on this incredible learning program.”

Bauer_580x502-2Though the December 15 clinician certification presentation is open only to APHA-carded judges and APHA/Markel Professional Horsemen, all APHA members are invited to attend the December 16–17 class seminars.
Registration fees are $25 for the December 15 seminar and $175 for December 16–17 events. Attendance at the December 16–17 also seminars counts toward APHA Professional Horsemen recertification.
To register for this exciting educational opportunity, contact Terri Wirthlin by December 10 at paintmee@aol.com or (702)373-2673. Signing up at the event incurs an additional $25 late fee.
