Sheriff Kenneth Hendrick said sheriff’s personnel responded to a call from an owner who found two horses dead in their pasture on June 21; a third horse was found wounded. All three animals had sustained gunshot wounds from a rifle, he said.

The most affordable registration fees for Paint foals are always available until June 30 of the calendar year foaled (for those horses/breeders in the Northern Hemisphere) or for 90 days after foaling, whichever is later. During that time, breeders can register their new additions for as low as $15 (Solid Paint-Bred foals), $25 (Regular Registry foals) or $70 (cropout foals).
