The PHBA Executive Board votes to make the following rule change effective immediately in time for World Show deadline.

PHBA Rule #3163 E has been changed to read as follows:

E. Roached manes are permitted in Cattle, Speed Event and Ranch Horse classes only. Manes that are not roached shall be at least two (2) inches long and lie smoothly on the side of the horse’s neck.

Additional rules in this section of the rulebook will be renumbered accordingly.
