For all participants in the Rookie Program, MPHC paid entry fees for all youth walk-trot, amateur walk-trot, novice youth, novice amateur classes, and respective halter classes. The rookies pay for MPHC office charges, stall fees, and entry fees for any open, amateur or youth classes that they choose to enter.
