The GOOD news is that regular gasoline prices in the U.S. fell from a monthly average of $3.69/gal in June 2014 to $2.54/gal in December 2014. That’s the lowest monthly average since July 2009, according to the U.S. Energy Information Administration.

The registration special will include Palomino bred and color and conformation registry (horses not registered with another breed association which PHBA recognizes, geldings and spayed mares only). All horses must meet all color and conformation requirements. After March 31, 2015, PHBA will reinstate the regular registration and transfer fee schedule.
