Kathy Tobin rode RA Undisputed to win Amateur Select Horsemanship and William Cox rode Sleep Machine to win Amateur Select Western Pleasure. Aaron Moses rode Lope With Grace for BS Quarter Horses to win 3-Year-Old Western Pleasure and a check for $1,200. Katie Buff and Only After You won the 3 and 4-Year-Old Hunter Under Saddle.

Each horse and rider team was paired up with a partner to see who could ride the fastest, and smoothest, without spilling a drop. Riders made their way down the arena where they had to hand off the mimosa to their partner, who then had to ride back to get to the finish line.

Ultimately, upwards of 500 horses were evacuated to the fairgrounds. That week would also see 15 members of the Livestock Herd Health Service and the Livestock Medicine Service join the efforts at the Sonoma and Solano County Fairgrounds and the Napa High School Vintage Farm evacuation centers.
