Thanks to Mark Harrell Horse Shows we have complete results to share from the 2016 Florida Gulf Coast that just concluded in Tampa, Florida. According to show management there were 7,600 total entries across all divisions with AQHA entries up by 40%.

The newly added 2016 AQHA Central Level 1 Championships is slated for April 13-17 at State Fair Park in Oklahoma City. The 2016 AQHA West Level 1 Championships will return April 20-24 to the South Point Equestrian & Events Center in Las Vegas, and the 2016 Nutrena East AQHA Level 1 Championships is tentatively scheduled for May 4-8 at the Gov. James B. Hunt Horse Complex in Raleigh, North Carolina.

My Experience Riding in the London New Year’s Day Parade!

There is something really quite surreal riding up The Mall. Behind you is Admiralty Arch and in front of you Buckingham Palace, the Victoria, and Albert Monument. You can hear the parade still going on as well as the TV helicopters buzzing overhead.

Following the trend set last week by an increase in Gold Coast entries, show management reports that entries are up for the Gulf Coast as well, recording more than 1,300 entries per judge in all divisions.
