She is survived by her husband of 72 years, AQHA Past President Howard Weiss, and three children, Wendy Weiss Lee, Michael Weiss (Kim Brown) and Nancee Weiss Siebert (Jeff Siebert). Phyllis was a beloved mother, devoted sister, loving grandmother, doting great-grandmother and loving mother-in-law.

Although these cookies might look good enough to eat, they’re actually for horses!
