Latest NCEA Collegiate Equestrian Team Rankings- 9/23

WACO, Texas – Following a pair of meets on the opening weekend of the 2014-15 collegiate equestrian season, the National Collegiate Equestrian Association has announced its latest team rankings on Tuesday, as determined by the NCEA selection committee.

Georgia, the defending NCEA National Champion, remains at No. 1, while Oklahoma State moves up one spot to No. 2. Auburn, which defeated UT-Martin on Friday in Martin, Tenn., rose to No. 3. South Carolina, which fell on the road to Kansas State on Friday, is No. 4, while Kansas State is No. 5.

Baylor is No. 6 in this week’s rankings. There was no change from last week in the 7-10 spots, as TCU is No. 7, Texas A&M is No. 8, New Mexico State is No. 9 and SMU is No. 10.

The 2015 NCEA Championship will take place April 15-18 at the Extraco Events Center in Waco, Texas.
