During the highly anticipated Dressage Showcase, Palm and American Quarter Horse Hot N Royal performed Level 1 maneuvers to a medley of western-themed classical music. Hot N Royal, a 9 year old gelding owned by Adelaide Pickett of Crystal River, FL, impressed the crowd with his elegance and classical movement all in western tack and attire.

The National Collegiate Equestrian Association (NCEA) announced Wednesday the American Quarter Horse Association NCEA Academic Teams and the American Paint Horse Association NCEA Academic Honor Roll, recognizing student-athletes for success both in the arena and in the classroom during the 2016-17 academic year.

We’re looking for your “Go To Patterns” for Trail, Showmanship, Horsemanship, and English Equitation. Both beginner patterns and advanced patterns are needed.

“We are really excited to introduce an online auction with 20 one-of-a-kind items. From a week-long rental at a lake house for 20 to hand-crafted equestrian chaps, we have procured some amazing items,” said NCEA Development Director, Jessica Garcia.
