The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (USDA APHIS) has announced a significant delay in the implementation of the 2024 amendments to the Horse Protection Act (HPA), providing temporary regulatory relief to horse owners, trainers, exhibitors, and show managers nationwide.
