Taking the top spot in Non-Pro Yearling Longe Line was Stanley Scott with Come N At Ya Blue, a stallion by VS Code Blue and out of Come N At Ya Hott. The pair received a winner’s check for $5,000 for their efforts. Coming in Reserve was Nancy Wilkerson with How Do You Figer, a mare by How Bout This Cowboy and out of Go Figer. They received $4,056.

After a stay in the emergency room, due to a fever and fluctuating liver levels, Caroline wasn’t sure if her doctors would even release her to attend the show. They were worried about meningitis, ordered a battery of blood tests, and even discussed the possibility of a spinal tap.

In 1919, Sir Barton won the Kentucky Derby, Preakness Stakes and Belmont Stakes to achieve what’s considered the greatest accomplishment of a thoroughbred racehorse. Today, almost 100 years later, Longines had the honor of timing Justify’s win at the Belmont Stakes, marking a Triple Crown victory that has only happened 12 times before.
